Coffeeklatch: Wednesday, October 8th 9:30-11am at the Hometown restaurant in Palmyra. This informal group of parents meets for breakfast monthly.
Hayride and Bonfire: Friday, October 17th We will meet at Sycamore Springs Orchard at 5:45 so we can board the hay wagon at 6pm. We will be dropped off at our own bonfire where we will enjoy cider, hotdogs, marshmallows and smores. Please RSVP by October 15th to Diane@Grumbine.org or call 838-7946. A $6.00 donation/family will be appreciated to help defray cost.
Sensory Fear factor, An Autism Awareness Experience: Tuesday, October 21st 7-8:30pm This is an interactive presentation that allows participants to begin to understand that there are little things you can do to help a person with autism in a big way. By Wendie Mancuso, proud mother of child with autism. Please let us know if you are coming as this event requires materials and set up for each participant. Meetings are held at the Fairland Brethren in Christ Church 527 W. Penn Ave Cleona. Babysitting is available by reservation; please call Faithe at 867-5559 in advance.

Library News: We are currently composing a list of available materials for lending. If you have books, dvd’s or videos that you are willing to lend to other members please send Diane (Diane@grumbine.org) a list of titles & authors. The list will be available at meetings & also posted on the website. Ann Donnelly will coordinate the lending & return of items to their owner. Please check the www.grumbine.org website in the next few weeks for the ‘opening’ of the new library.
A kindhearted Mobile Therapist or TSS is needed to hang out

It is on route 422 between the Palmyra shopping Center traffic signal & the
signal to turn into Lowes. It is in front of the Palmyra motel. Please let
me know if you are coming 838-7946. If you are intersted in this group but
are unable to come to this meeting, please let me know what day/time would
be better. We will plan for upcoming meetings & hopefully relax & connect
with other parents.
